Vision / Mission Statement
The Magician’s Way is an organization committed to being a ‘Leader in the Global Renaissance of Soul’. We teach people to use the power of their imagination to create a soul inspired life. Our aim is to become the world’s most outstanding self-transformation body by the end of 2006. To sustain our aim and vision, part of our medium term strategy is to create a retreat centre that will be a temple dedicated to the care, wellbeing, spiritual rejuvenation and ongoing awakening of all who seek to live a life enriched by higher purpose and harmony with the world they live in.
The Centre will function simultaneously as a venue for Magician’s Way retreats and courses, a conference facility for outside organizations, a beautiful function venue, a health retreat, and a sanctuary for anyone wanting a nurturing, nature inspired recharge. The ultimate mission of the Centre is to inspire all who work and visit there in their power to live a joy-filled life characterized by awareness of and responsibility to self and the world we are indivisibly a part of.
In the interests of the long term viability of the Centre, and to ensure that the model is replicated around Australia and the world, it is clear that this will be a commercially run venture that offers great rewards for all who work and invest in it.
The ideal scenario for the Centre is that it is situated on a large 50 + acre property set in beautiful nature no more than 30 minutes from Coolangatta airport.
It will comprise a conference hall – with high tech multi-media facilities – 5 star kitchen and dining rooms, gym and spa, yoga/meditation hall, admin centre, merchandise shop, with a variety of accommodation options (from 2 person suites to chalets accommodating 8 – 12 people, and even groovy hut or tent style accommodation).
The feel, values and aesthetic of the Centre is obviously very environmentally sympathetic, tucked in to nature and externally unobtrusive, everything operating along sustainable principles. Imagine buildings organically nestled in among trees along a river bank, everything, including the gardens, pool and recreation facilities exuding a very Zen-like quality – quality workmanship and maintenance, attention to detail, understated, beautiful, and full of love.
In summary, we intend to create the perfect place to surrender and re-connect with what life is truly about – and realize how to translate that state of mind and being into every day life. Further, we are creating a model that can be franchised all around the world. And ultimately, those of us involved are building a haven that magnificently furthers our own wellbeing, growth, contribution and prosperity.
